OUR
PHILOSOPHY
A firm belief in elegant simplicity is at the core of everything we
do.We believe that well prepared food made from honest ingredients
speaks for itself, that good service is personal and attentive without
being overbearing, and that every event is first and foremost about
creating a memorable moment for our client.
Olive Green Catering was officially born in 2003,
although we began catering in 1997 while cooking together at Chez
Panisse Restaurant & Café, where we each worked for over
5 years. From the very beginning we have tried to provide our clients
with the same quality of food and service that we were accustomed
to at Chez Panisse, and we have approached each event with as much
passion and attention to detail as if it were our own.
Supporting local artisans and organic farmers, we seek out the best
possible ingredients and pride ourselves on developing menus that
are appropriate for each client, catering environment, and season.
